2. What we collect and why

We never ask for or store card details. Please don't type personal or financial information into the AI assistant.
3. Who we share data with
Only the providers needed to run the store:
- Shopify (store platform, checkout, orders, card payments)
- Akis Express (delivery: name, phone, address)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding)
- Anthropic (processing AI assistant messages, when you use it)
- Google (Analytics, only with your consent)
- WhatsApp / Meta (only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; the AI assistant never sends anything itself, you send the message from your own WhatsApp)
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework apply.
We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep data
- Order and billing records: as long as Cyprus tax law requires (generally 6 years).
- AI assistant chats: easytvcy does not store them; they stay only in your browser tab until you close it. The AI provider may keep them for a limited period under its terms.
- WhatsApp messages: as long as needed to handle your request and any related order or return. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
6. Cookies
See the cookie policy. You can change your analytics choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
