DVB-T2 is the modern European digital terrestrial TV standard used by the new platform in Cyprus. HEVC / H.265 is a modern video compression format for high-definition channels. The Mania 828 supports both.

In most cases, yes. According to Hellas Sat, the new platform broadcasts from the same sites. If you have very old cables or a signal booster, a technician may need to check them.
