2. Products and information
We sell the Golden Media Mania 828 decoder in three packages. The specifications we list are those printed on the manufacturer's box. Channel reception depends on your area, antenna, cables and TV, so we cannot guarantee that every channel will be received everywhere. Before buying, we encourage you to take the compatibility check.
3. Prices
Prices are in euro and are the final consumer prices. Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
- 15% off the product total when your cart contains 3 or more decoders. Applied automatically; not combined with other offers.
- Free delivery on orders of €30 or more (after discounts). Smaller orders pay €3 delivery.
4. Ordering and contract
Orders are completed on the store's secure checkout page. After you submit an order you receive a confirmation with an order number. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if stock runs out, refunding any amount paid.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout: card payment online and cash on delivery (pay the courier in cash when you receive the order). easytvcy never sees or stores card details.
6. Delivery
- We deliver across Cyprus with Akis Express.
- Delivery time: within 1 business day of order confirmation.
- When you receive the parcel, check the packaging is intact. If you see damage, tell the courier and let us know at [email protected].
7. Withdrawal, returns and warranty

8. AI assistant
The “easy assistant” is an automated AI system that gives general information. It can make mistakes. The information on the product, cart and checkout pages is what binds us.
9. Liability
We are not liable for reception problems caused by the antenna, coverage or the customer's installation, or for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
10. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, without affecting the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. You can also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service with complaints.
